By using MJE Part Shop ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are a school, these terms are supplemented by our signed Data Processing Addendum. Students and teachers should review our Privacy Policy.
The Service is intended for use in K-12 schools under the COPPA school-authorization exception. Students under 13 may only use it when their school has signed the DPA. Individual users outside a school context must be at least 13 years old.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of designs and screenshots you create. By uploading, you grant the school and Part Shop a limited license to store, display, and process the content for educational purposes as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell, license, or publish student content.
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. We may update, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to schools.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We will notify schools of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
